Payment Reminders from the Business Office:

  • The first 2013-2014 tuition was due by July 15. After July 15th, there is a $25 late fee.
  • ALL checks should be submitted to the Main Office only, not the SAO.
  • When a check is submitted, put a note on the memo line with the student’s full name and the purpose for the payment (ie. tuition, sports fee, after school care).  This helps to accurately credit the correct account.
  • Please review your check prior to submission.  Note that the amount in words is the same as the numbers on the check.
  • Once a check is received, it is ours to deposit.  Be careful to only use a current date when submitting a check since postdated checks cannot be accepted.  This information comes directly from our auditors.
  • If the Main Office is closed, place your payment in the drop-box to the left of the Main Office door behind the bench.  Please use an envelope marked with your student’s name to secure your check.

Back to School Packets: If you have not received a white envelope "Back to School" packet, please email Mrs. Kathy Harvey at with your student's name(s)/grade(s) and your address, and she will send it to you. Forms are due back ASAP.  The drop-off box for forms is in the Main Office.  Thank you for helping us by getting those forms in soon.

  • Medication Authorization Form:  Medication is not available for distribution at TKA.  If a student requires medication of any kind, including over the counter non-prescription medication, this form needs to be filled out by parent and doctor, then submitted to the SAO. The publication explores a variety of topics related to Christian schooling.  Here are some recent issues:

Incoming 7th Grade Students Need Proof of Tdap Booster:  Pertussis (also known as whooping cough) is widespread in California. There is a new State Law (AB 354), which requires all students entering 7th grade to show proof of having received a Tdap Pertussis booster shot given after their tenth birthday.  Without this proof, students will not be permitted to attend classes on August 13, 2013.  When your child receives the Tdap Pertussis booster shot, or if he/she has already received it after his/her tenth birthday, please bring, email, fax or send the immunization record to the school office, attention Rita Hoffman, so school records can be updated.

12th Grade Senior Portraits:  All members of the Class of 2014 must be photographed by Now & Forever Studios before October 3, 2013 to meet the TKA yearbook deadline.  Book your appointment at: or  Questions?  Call (408) 354-8660 or visit Now & Forever Studios (100 #C Cooper Ct., Los Gatos, off of University Ave. in between Lark Ave. & Blossom Hill Rd)

  • Mary Ainslee, a charming and gracious older lady, is a tradition in her little New England village. She never leaves her house and every night a lamp burns in her attic window. When her best friend and neighbor decides to take a trip to England, Miss Ainslee agrees to take in her neighbor's young niece, Ruth, who is on vacation. Ruth is a journalist from the city who, in contrast to Mary Ainslee, is concerned with her career. Carl Winsfield, young newspaper reporter with eye trouble, comes to the village. Carl falls in love with Ruth, and Miss Ainslee seems to take a very peculiar,
but genuine interest in Carl’s life. Carl and Ruth become engaged. He has an accident which causes him to lose his eyesight. It is then that Miss Ainslee steps forth and fights heroically to help Carl regain his lost vision. Why should Mary Ainslee lavish so much care on a strange boy? In a play full of lighthearted, whimsical dialogue and tear jerking character journeys, this play is sure to be a delight.
