Authorization for Medication
If you plan to send medication to be stored at TKA for your student to take during the day at school please fill out the Authorization for Medication form and turn it into the SAO.

Accreditation
We are getting accredited this year! We need parents and students who are willing to be on a committee to give input into the accreditation document. This will include a few meetings and some input. If you would be interested in participating in this please contact Daisy Rojas at drojas@tka.org as soon as possible.
