Every staff member at The King’s Academy is vital to the school’s ministry to its students.  Strong curriculum, active programs, and textbooks written from a Biblical worldview have positive impacts on the students, but the lives of our teachers and staff members have an enormously significant and life-changing influence on the development of the students' confidence and character.  We have observed that the quality of the character of the faculty and staff inevitably establishes the professional and spiritual quality of the school.  That is why...

• ...over 50% of our staff have been at the school for four years or more;
• ...for the 2008-2009 school year, all staff at The King’s Academy have, or have nearly been awarded, their ACSI certification;
• ...all teaching staff at The King's Academy have bachelor's degrees; twenty-five have Masters degrees; four have Doctorate degrees;
• ...and 48% of our teaching staff are teaching in their field of study; 36% are teaching in an area related to their field of study; and 16% of our staff are not teaching in their field of study, but have extensive experience, training, and knowledge of their area of instruction.
