Technology Society

Membership Requirements: Open to all interested students
Description: To strengthen the technological skills of club members who show spiritual interest in technology.
Meeting details: BiWeekly at lunch in A9

Red Cross Club
Sponsor: Mr. Starke
Membership Requirements: Open to all interested students
Description:  Activities will include community service and volunteering as well as fundraising.
Meeting Details: At least once a month in P2

International Club
Sponsor: Ms. Chung
President/Leader: Sean Garvey
Membership Requirements: The club is open to anyone interested in other cultures.
Description: For Student interested in learning about other cultures, and to accept and befriend the students with different cultural backgrounds, to promote inter-grade friendships, and especially to encourage and support the foreign students and TKA to feel welcome.  
Meeting Details: Monthly at Lunch in Room E10

Future Business Leaders of America Club
Sponsor: Mr. Haugen
President/Leader: Leslie Chang
Membership Requirements: Open to all interested students
Description: Develop skills in the following areas: business management, inventory control, budgeting, presentation, marketing and good work ethics.
Meeting details: Twice a month in K1

The Scribblers Society

Membership Requirements: Open to all interested students
Description: To improve writing skills and expand our creativity.
Meeting details: Wednesdays during lunch in E11

The King's Jesters

Membership Requirements: Students admitted by audition only.
Description: Small acting troupe that performs for children in the community.

TKA Artists

Meeting Location: Friday Lunch in E3
Membership Requirements: This club is open to all interested students.
Description: To meet fellow artists and learn new art skills while having fun and making friends.

Fashion Folio
Sponsor: Carolyn Phoa-ting

Meeting Location: 2nd and 4th Friday of the month in P12
Membership Requirements: This club is open to all interested students.
Description: To design and create the “next big thing”.

Badminton Club

Membership Requirements: Open to all interested students
Description: Make lasting relationships with fellow students who are interested in becoming more knowledgeable in the sport of badminton.
Meeting details: Weekly in the gym

National Junior Honor Society
Sponsor: Advisor: Mrs. Rojas + 5 Faculty Council members appointed by the Principal
President/Leader: Elected annually
Membership Requirements: Open to 7th & 8th graders.

  4. Service
Numbers 2,3, and 4 are evaluated and voted by the Faculty Council members. The membership will be renewed yearly. Members will wear honor cords at the graduation as well as a special honor seal affixed on the diploma.
Description: Motivate students to keep up with the good grade, 3.8 GPA, accumulative, and be the role models for the rest of the student body. Meets about once every other month during lunch time. Organize one community service per year as required by the National constitution.

National Honor Society

President/Leader: Elected annually
Membership Requirements: Open to 9th - 12th graders.
