10th & 11th Grade Woodleaf Fall Retreat 2022
Dear 10th and 11th Grade Families,
Our fall retreats are an integral part of students' wholistic development at The King's Academy, intentionally designed so that students grow personally and spiritually, bond together as a class, and build relationships with staff. During this time, they will strengthen friendships, play hard, mature in their walk with Christ, and experience God in new and refreshing ways.
Located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains near the town of Challenge, a three hour drive from TKA, Woodleaf is one of the finest Young Life camps in the nation. Students sleep in cabins with a staff chaperone and eat family-style in a dining hall, served by a group of seniors selected to assist during the weekend. Activities include a lake with paddle boarding, sports, club meetings, and plenty of time for laughing, eating, and praying! For more information about Woodleaf, visit woodleaf.younglife.org.
