- Masks are required to be worn on the buses and vans. Please bring a few masks.
- Please do not bring snacks that contain peanuts, or have been processed with peanuts, to eat in the bus/vans both to and from the retreat. We have several students with severe nut allergies. Thank you for your consideration.
- Departure to Rock-N-Water: Wednesday, September 21
NOTE TIME! Students should be at TKA at 6:45 a.m. Please drop off students in the BACK parking lot.
- Arrival Back to TKA: Saturday, September 24, approximately 12:30 p.m. - On Saturday, we will send an email to parents when the buses/vans leave camp confirming approximate arrival time.
- Students will receive a take-home Covid test when they return to test before coming back to school. Additional instructions will be emailed.
Luggage: Please label luggage with the student's name. (one small duffel bag or soft-sided suitcase per student)

Medications:
- If a student requires medication, parents are responsible for making sure the medication goes with the student to retreat. Therefore, if you need medications, EpiPens, etc. stored in the SAO, you must stop by and pick up the medication before retreat.
- Any medications should be well-labeled in a ziplock bag and brought to the student's group leader during lunch when we arrive at the campsite. (This does not apply to inhalers.)
- Ms. Hanna Sandquist, Head Athletic Trainer, will be the medic on this trip. If you need to contact her before the trip, please email hanna.sandquist@tka.org.
