Extended Care & Enrichment Classes

For families who anticipate needing extended care throughout the school year, and will be offered for $400 per student per month, or $4,000 for the entire school year.

This is a 57% discount versus the hourly drop-in rateThis will include:

• Priority for extended care spaces

• Extended care on regular school days from 2:30-5:30 p.m.

• Afternoon extended care on half days from 12:00-5:30 p.m.

• Extended care on Parent-Teacher Conference Days from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

For families who normally pick up their student after school but may need extended care from time to time. This option will be billed at $17 per student per hour.

• Students who are not picked up by 2:50 p.m. will be automatically billed for drop-in extended care.

• Hours will be calculated to the nearest quarter of an hour, always rounding up.

• If there are no extended care spaces available, TKA will suspend drop-in extended care to ensure a proper ratio of adults to children.
