Parent Involvement
Building a Strong, Family-Focused Community
Parent participation is at the heart of what makes our school a truly family-friendly and faith-centered environment. We believe that when parents actively engage in school life—through service, volunteering, and prayer—they strengthen not only our community but also their children’s educational and spiritual journey. Giving your time and talents is one of the greatest gifts you can offer to TKA!
Parent Ambassador Program
Enduring relationships are at the heart of our community—not just for students, but for parents too. Connect with other families through grade-level Parent Ambassadors who host bonding events each semester to build lasting friendships. Click here to learn more.

Join Our Mission of Service and Connection
Our parents play an essential role in supporting student experiences both on and off campus. Many parents accompany students on class and service trips across the U.S. and abroad, while others help organize and fundraise from home.
Parents also lend a hand at beloved school-wide events such as the Back-to-School BBQ, Carnival, Open Houses, and Graduation ceremonies.
Volunteering Opportunities
How to Get Involved on Campus
We welcome and encourage all parents to volunteer on campus and participate in our many fun and meaningful activities. To ensure safety and compliance, parents must complete the following Mandatory Adult Volunteer Requirements:
You can also explore our Parent Involvement Opportunities page to find ways to serve that match your skills, interests, and schedule.
Our most current volunteer needs are listed in TKA Royal Reminders, the weekly Friday email bulletin, under "Parent Volunteer Corner." Please contact PR Event/Parent Coordinator Gabrielle Babin via email or call at (408) 591-4716 for more information.
Praying for Our School
Moms in Prayer
TKA Moms in Prayer Flyer
We are privileged to meet 8:10-9:10 a.m. every Thursday to release God's power on our children and school through prayer. We believe that prayer makes all the difference for our students, staff and the direction and protection of our school.
Lamentations 2:19 exhorts us to "Pour out your hearts like water before the face of the Lord, lift up your hands toward Him for the lives of your children".
Moms, join us to pray for our students, staff and school and receive support and encouragement from other mothers who will share your burdens. Visit the Moms In Prayer website to learn more about this international organization. For more information about the TKA group, contact parent lead, Cindy Jerdonek: CindyJerdonek@outlook.com

Prayer Requests
Send us your prayer requests and TKA staff and our weekly Moms in Prayer group will pray for you!
