This is a resource element set to show a collection for the homepage.  To update the slideshow...

1. Open Resources, and open the "Homepage Slideshow" public collection
2. Add/Delete/Reorder the photos as needed. Photos should be 1600 x 700 pixels, saved for the web
3. The Photo Description and Title will show over the photo on the homepage 
4. Any updates you make to this collection will automatically appear on the homepage

1. On the homepage in Compose mode, navigate to the News panel
2. Hover over the news area and click on the gear icon in the top right
3. In the Post settings, click on +Content Filters
4. Update to pull from the Board(s) you would like to display on the homepage
5. Save and Publish your updates
6. To update the "View All News" link, click on +Design
7. Update the links in the Header Content area
8. Save your updates

1. On the homepage in Compose mode, navigate to the Events panel
2. Click on the gear icon in the top right
3. In the element settings, select which Calendar(s) you would like to pull from
4. To update the background image, click on +Design
5. Update the photo in the Background Image area
6. Save and Publish your updates

1. On the homepage in Compose mode, navigate to the content box you want to update
2. Click on the blue "edit content" button
3. Update the photo, title, text and link as needed.  The title should use the H4 heading
4. Save and publish your updates

All pages should have the following page layout settings...

Header: default
Left Banner: default left
Right Banner: Torrington v5 - Right
Footer: default
Menu: default
Theme: default

1. Type your text
2. Highlight the text
3. Select the 'link' tool in the editor
4. Select "add link" from the dropdown
5. Select the internal page or add the URL of the external site you want to link to
6. In the 'class' dropdown, select the button you would like to use (button styles can be viewed on the 'Style Guide' page (passkey: fsproduction):

For the Large buttons with subtext:
Add the main text and sub text on line - highlight the subtext and make it 'italic'.   Then continue with steps above to make it a button

1. Type your full quote, including citation
2. Highlight the full text
3. Select the "Block Quote" icon/option in the editor
4. Highlight just the citation, and in the Styles dropdown select "citation"

1. Type your content
2. Click on the gear icon in the top right of the element you've added the content to
3. In the element settings, click on +Design
4. In the Custom Class, type the custom class (as noted in the examples below)
5. Save and Publish your updates

Note: Alternately, you can copy the element below, and add it to the page you'd like the callout box on.  Then update the text, and save your updates.

There are two ways you can add hero images to your interior pages. Per section, or per page. 

Per Section:  insert a hero image into a top banner and it will show on every page that has that top banner applied.

Per Page: As the first element on the page (before the main content), Add Resource element.

• Click the gear icon to enter into the settings.
• Select `Single` from the options at the top.
• Disable the title of the element by making sure the toggle button to the right of the title is off.
• Browse to new image. Image can be cropped to 1440 x 600px
• Finally at the bottom, expand the Design section and enter a Custom Class of hero

1. Navigate to the Banners section of Composer
2. Select the "Avon- header" banner
3. Navigate to the content element that has the "inquire" link, and click on the gear icon in the top right
4. In the element settings, click +Design
5. In the "Footer Content" area, update the text/link as needed
6. Save and Publish your updates

1. In Composer, navigate to the Social Media Links branch
2. Update the redirects as needed
3. Save and Publish your updates

1. Navigate to the Banners section of Composer
2. Select the "Avon- footer" banner
3. Navigate to the content element that has your address/phone, and click on the blue "edit content" button
4. Update the text as needed
5. Save and Publish your updates

1. Upload your image to Resources Manager

2. Navigate to the main navigation (Tier 1) page  you want to update (for example, to update the content/image/link that shows in the About dropdown, navigate to the About page)

3. Click the Page Settings (pink gear) icon at the bottom right of the page

4. Select the Nav Info Tab

5. Add Text in the “Description” Field

6. Click “Browse” (under ‘Design’) to add your images

7. Add alt-text

8. Save
