Spirit Week
One of our most beloved traditions is Spirit Week—a four-day, high-energy competition between grades, planned by Student Council. Students dress up, compete in daily rallies, and get FIG-GY with it—Fun, Inclusive, God-Honoring Spirit that defines our culture. With cheers, games, skits, and the class dance showdown, it’s a week full of laughter, unity, and unforgettable moments.

Fun is Strategic at TKA
At The King’s Academy, fun is intentional—and it brings us together. Through joyful, shared experiences, Student Life helps students build lasting friendships, strengthen class bonds, and feel deeply connected to their school community.

Student Leadership

“Whoever desires to become great among you must be your servant… just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve.”
— Matthew 20:26–28
We believe true leadership begins with a heart to serve. Our Student Council, Class Officers, Spiritual Life Internship, and Worship Team are all designed to cultivate servant leadership—modeled after Christ’s example.
Students lead in meaningful ways across campus, from planning major events like Spirit Week and chapel services to launching clubs and coordinating retreats. Many of TKA’s most impactful ministries are led by students who use their gifts to serve others.
Student Council

The Student Council at The King’s Academy is a twelve-member leadership team elected by the student body each spring.
Meeting as a class four days a week under the guidance of the Spiritual Life Department, these student leaders play a vital role in shaping campus culture.
From planning major community events like Carnival, Homecoming, and Spirit Week, to representing TKA at Open House and Back-to-School Night, Student Council members serve as both event leaders and school ambassadors.
Class Officers
Each grade elects four Class Officers who lead activities that foster class unity and spiritual growth. Working closely with faculty Class Advisors, these student leaders help plan meaningful events and build a strong sense of community within their grade.
